I took Spiro about 4 years ago, I had to stop because I didn't have anymore Health Insurance. I absolutly loved it. I also took Actos with it. I lost tons of weight, the hair on the body and face decreased. I do remember it taking a few months for it to actually start working though. If you take it, stick with it, you will love it. I am actually trying to get back on it. I now have a good job which provides health insurance. I have one picture of me at the beach in a bikini and I look so thin. Whenever I look at the picture I think of Spiro and Actos. I am currently on Yasmin the BC (which contains spiro) and it has helped tons with the hair. I still have the hair on my tummy and inner thighs but the main embarrassing spots are completely blonde and fine that you can hardly see it (chest, breasts, neck, upper lip, sideburns). The thing is that Yasmin has helped with the hair and my periods but not the weight. If I can get back on Spiro and Actos and continue to take Yasmin, I feel like I would be a changed women. I really do feel that for my body, Spiro and actos is the ticket. -CHERYL
