PCOS does run in families and the symptoms you describe all sound like
they could be PCOS! If you can find yourself a good endocrinologist (or
another doctor who is particularly well educated and up to date about
PCOS) treating it starting now might help prevent your symptoms from
getting worse in the future. There's heaps of info out there about
PCOS, I'd suggest starting at the PCOS Association
(http://www.pcosupport.org) - click on the teal box on the right that
says "What is PCOS?"
