Ladies,
I have to say that I totally understand not wanting to take more
medication than your on, but if you are having sever depression, you may
need to use medication for a while. I had to, I could not function as
an employee, let alone have any life with my family. I was only on for
about 3 months and so far have not needed more medication. If you
really having problems, don't rule out help. We have enough to battle
with PCOS as it is.
I hope this will help if you are fighting this battle. Keep in mind
that it is up to you. If you absolutley do not want medication than
don't take it. Just remember that it is an option.
