I have read that increasing exercise can help with mild depression. The increased endorphins are supposed to elevate your mood. I agree that you should be cautious about taking more medication, but I wouldn't rule out medication if you and your doctor think that it's what you need to feel better. Clinical depression is very treatable, and from what I've read, medications are usually only for a short time.
