Hey all-I just started met 500 a week and a half ago and them bumped up to 1000 about 4 days ago. I had been doing well on a low-carb diet before my met but since I have started met I have had incredible cravings for carbs-candy, chocolate, breads, EVERYTHING-and lots of sugar. I have to admit that I have been giving in too much and then telling myself-tomorrow that will not happen-but first thing in the morning, I want junk food. Its so strange. I thought these were supposed to go away or be helped! Any comments or help?! Alyssa:-)
