I used to take Ortho-Evra, the birth control patch, but it made me tired, so I switched to Yasmin. My best friend also takes Yasmin (we are both taking it to regulate menstrual cycles)and it also keeps her from having the really bad cramps she used to get. I am only on my first month of Yasmin, but it seems to be working well so far, with no side effects that I have noticed.
