I would hold off on the provera also. I hadnt had a period of almost a year prior to metformin(generic glucophase). Its been 11 months of met and 11 periods in a row(this is a good thing????LOL). I dont want to say that is whats gonna happen for you, but if getting your insulin levels under control brings it on, it hopefully will keep bringing it on. Please be patient though, you have been "broken" for a long time. It might take a while to get body in order.
