Anyone know what to do about prolonged , excessive bleeding?

Hi...I am now going on a 7 1/2 month stretch with no end in sight. I am now entering a depression to the point of, I had to go on an "until further notice" sick leave from a job that I absolutely love. My doctor refuses to give me a hysterectomy due to the fact that I am only 32 and the insurance company will not pay for it because I am too young. So, he gave me a depo provera shot (made things worse) and also prescribed another pill called aygestin. I am also taking 1000mgs of Glucophage XR everyday. I can't go anywhere without either overflowing or running to the bathroom every 5 minutes. The clots have become so large that I can feel them coming. The bleeding is so heavy that I can go through a 20 pack of overnighters in less than 3 days. I am so miserable I don't know what to do with myself. I cry all of the time and I am gaining weight because I can't exercise. Does anyone have any suggestions? I feel like my life is passing me by and I can't do anything about it. I am one of those "in control" of myself people who is spiraling out of control and about to hit rock bottom. My husband and son are very supportive but, they just don't understand. I hope that one of you do. Thanks in advance to anyone that responds.
