My sister was also thought to have PCOS, but unfortunately it turned out
to be Cushing's. I would highly recommend you have the 24 hour urine
test and get an early start just in case. My sister, after having brain
surgery, is now pretty much back to normal but I think a lot of it was
because she caught it when it wasn't too far along. Hope this helps.
