I had the exact same thing on birth control in general (mainly OrthoCyclen.) It would only last a day or two, maybe 3, and only be old blood and very light instead of a real period. I honestly couldn't tell you what it means though? I don't think it ever hurt me, as long as your doctor's not too concerned I am guessing it's OK.
