I am almost positive that Renee gave that class at this summer's PCOSA Conference? Does that ring a bell for you too? If so, there *may* be full notes from it through the PCOSA. (look at http://www.pcosupport.org/shopping/conferences.php, it sounds like they're included, but I think you'd have to email and ask to find out!)

I never saw her presentation, but knowing Renee, I'm sure it was fabulous!
