Dont be too ready to give up on met or glucophase if its not helping as much as you think it should. Given that you have only started on it a few months ago, you might need time to get the ball rolling. ALso, how much are you taking?? Most doctors start their patients out on low dosages and slowly bring them up to lessen the side effects. If you are taking 500, 1000, or even 1500 it may not be enough to show any measurable difference. Some of us require much higher dosing than others. Its something that time will hopefully work out.
