Thanks for posting this; that's useful info. I posted about this quite recently. I never asked at my pharmacy because I have asked them many questions already and I think they think I'm a nutter. I always get met made by different pharmacies. Every single month I have got a different kind. To be honest, I've noticed no difference between them. However, none of them seem to be doing anything for me so far whatsoever, except giving me mild side effects to begin with and I've been taking it for a few months. I have yet to try Glucophage and I think I am just going to have to fork out and buy it over the internet for a couple of months because I want to know whether met works for me at all or if its just the dodgy generics that aren't helping. Obviously I'm not expecting miracles, but some indication that the drug may be doing something would help.
