I was on that dosage for about a year and my cycles were like two-three months apart. Here in the last 3 months I have been upped to 1500mg and my last cycle was 33 days! I could not believe it. The one before that was like 45 days long. I dont' remember how long it took the very first AF to show up though. Amy

I have been taking the Glucophage XR for 3 weeks. How long should I wait on AF, before I take Provera to induce? I am on cd 51, with no normal signs of AF as of yet. What were some of your experiences? Did you take the GLuc a full month or two months, or how long, before AF kicked in on her own. I was hoping that I would get lucky and it would work for me, but how long do I give it, before I take the provera and induce a new cycle?

Leigh-Ann in Texas Glucophage XR 500 mg daily, Prenatal Vits, extra folic acid
