However, when I met my boyfriend, I was able to hide the hair under my clothes. Luckly, I didn't have much on my face or other spots that are hard to cover up. I would never let him touch my stomach or see me under my clothes. Finally one day I was so tired of hiding from it all. He really wanted for me to relax and not be self conscious. I finially decided to let him in on my problem. I talked to him about all of it. I just let go. His response completely suprised me. He then, started letting me know about all of his insecurities. He was actually bald (21 years old) and always wore a hat. He had never taken the hat off around me. I was completely suprised, but I really understood where he was coming from. Now we don't even really think of any of this stuff as a issue anymore. Except for my weight, which has gotten heavier. He never says anything to me about it, but I know that it would be more attractive to be thinner. I really am trying to lose weight so I will feel better about myself. Anyway, to make a long story short, I think that there are great men out there. Everyone has their own problems, and once you are able to open up and release it, you find out that it's not that bad. I have found that it is a lot easier to just tell people that I have this thing called PCOS, it messes up my hormones and causes me to grow hair and gain weight. After telling people, they understand and don't just think that you are a weirdo. I don't know, I hope this helps! I am sure that you will find a great man. Just remember to get out there and be yourself. Be honest and meet people. Love yourself!

Sincerely, Cheryl
