Re: Can Testosterone be the real problem?

When I was first diagnosed two years ago, my testosterone level was 77. My doctor told me that if i wanted to be a female bodybuilder then that was a good time for me to do it because the testosterone was causing my muscles to become bulkier. I had the same problem with not being able to lose weight with a high testosterone level. Once I began taking metformin (1500mg/day) the weight became MUCH MUCH easier to lose. So my suggestion for you right now is to focus on cardio exercises and not so much on weight lifting. That helped me a whole lot.
