Facial Hair Removal

Hi, this is my first time using this message board. I just thought someone might have some suggestions for me. I am 17 and have PCOS or at least something like it (I have the problems of irregular mentstruation and excessive hair due to high levels of DHEA, but my insulin is normal). I am currently taking birth control to get my hormone levels normal, but it has not affected the facial hair yet. I used to bleach it, but that got to be too much of a hassle. Lately I have tried shaving it, but then I get red bumps on my face. What I am worried about is that I will be going to college in the fall, and I don't know how to take care of my facial hair there-- I can't just shave or bleach it in the common bathroom. Does anyone have suggestions on how to take care of facial hair in college? Thanks.
