I had the exact same problem for many years, since I was about 13 or so... it IS a very difficult issue to deal with. I know what you mean about never getting enough. I used to be obsessed with it, drift off constantly, thinking about it while driving, or working. In short, I was completely insatiable. However, I must say, that after being put on metformin, I've calmed down considerably. Are you taking glucophage/metformin? -Natasha
