A soy allergy can manifest as acne. It took me forever to figure this
out with my own complexion but if you search online long enough you'll
find plenty of articles that state this fact. As soon as I stopped
drinking soy milk and eating tofu, my cystic acne cleared up. I still
get breakouts from peas and garbanzo beans, which are in the soy family,
but nothing like what the soy products triggered. Let me know how it
goes for you--I'll bet this is your answer. Go to nosoy.com for a
start.
