Hello. I know what you are talking about. I have always had this problem since about puberty. I one day decided to look up slepping disorders and found a disorder called: Delayed Pattern Sleep Disorder. AKA Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome and Night Owl Syndrome. Look these up on Google.com This sounds very much like me, but not sure if it is related to PCOS.? I'm tired all day and if I don't fall asleep by a certain time (10:00pm) I can't fall asleep until sometimes 2:00 or 3:00am. It's like getting a rush of energy at bedtime. I could stay up all night cleaning my house.. Let me know if you find anything that helps, Katherine Verret
