I have had numerous UTI's and my Dr did tell me that it is common for many women that have PCOS to have UTI's several of them a year. I've had PCOS since I first started my period and that was 17 years ago. Yikes 17 years ago OH no I'm getting old. Sorry about that just realized it. Anyway, I started my period when I was 9 years old and I've gotten atleast 5-6 UTI's a year since then. So the answer to your question is YES we are more prone to get them.
