Hi again Lisa, It 2pm here, so so by now you should know how your glucophase is treating you. Give youself time to adjust if you are having problems. FOr me at least, the benefits were more than worth a few weeks of problems. I am now minus 40 pounds, have regular periods(this is a good thing???), and have so much more energy.
