This is what I am doing right now (charting my cycles) its quite interesting once you get motivated to do it and not forget each morning about the temp. taking. (I used to forget all the time and such). Now that hysterectomy has come up by one of my doctors I am committed to charting to try to help me figure out if some hormone is higher or lower than normal, or what is going on with my body.
