Please can someone help Im so confused and would like to know am I the only one, you read so much, hear so much and become more confused by the minute. I will try to say all this as simply as possible and sorry for it being so long. Any advise or just someone to have a moan to would be good, that know what I am saying Im 32, if that helps paint the picture * My periods stopped in September (10 months ago), Went to doctor in October because I was also feeling so tired (thought maybe I was anaemic) * had my blood count done where my FSH & LH where reading 29.2 and 26.4 cant remember which way round they where * was told possible early menopause * repeat blood test of FSH & LH where done 2 months later and where high but in the acceptable limit * however I have low counts of Proestrogen and Estrogen * was referred to the fertility clinic * Internal scans have also taken place and show that I have a cyst * my stomach is always bloated and sometimes painful and I have been given tablets for irritable bowel syndrome (dont think I have it though) They consultant say's that the two are totally unconnected, and that they believe the cyst is fluid based and does not need removing at this stage. The consultant said a reasonable size but acceptable, yet the woman that done the scan says it was large (what do you believe). I have been put on Utovlan and told that I should only leave it months to try for children rather than years and to make a decision when I go back and they will help me along, in the meantime the usual you need to loose weight which is easier said than done no excuses here it's not what I eat. I go back to the consultant in September between then and March when I first say the consultant I was given several tablets to start my periods but nothing has happened even on Utovlan which they said would do the trick I have more hormone blood tests in July, another scan to see if the cyst has grown and to round it of I have to now say if I want to try for children. Surely the most important thing is to get my periods sorted, not test my husbands sperm count and try and get me pregnant. The answer is yes I do want kids but I feel like Im being told when to do it. Is there a risk with all this that I wont get pregnant - because now im worrying about going back to the hospital clare
