Hi Christine,

I have kind of the same problem with Met. I don t get the nausea from it, but i have lost almost all of my appetite. I m on 750 of Met. a day for more than a year now and if i don t watch myself i tend to stop eating altogether, especially hot meals are a prob. I m worried because this way i m getting vitamine shortages or who knows what. It can t be healthy. Met. has helped me though, except for this side-effect. If you find a solution, pls let me know. p.s. i found out that dairy aggravates diarrhea, at least, for me.

take care!
