I am 31 years old and I just had a mild heart attack that the Doctors diagnosed as Prinzemetal angina. What I learned so far about my condition is that it caused by vaospasms. I use to smoke. I started at a very young age. At age 13 I was smoking and addicted. When you smoke the the arterys of the heart or the heart muscle itself grows thicker because the heart is working harder then it should. I was under a tremendos amount of stress when I had the heart attack. I am still learning a great deal about all of this... the meds I am taking is VERAPIMIL....
