I too am on metformin and am seeing no real results. I was on glucophage a year or so ago. I think I'm having more results from supplements than from the metformin. My sugar has been high. I finally had to fast to get it down and now it's fine. I'm going to try a week without my meds and on my supplements and see what happens.
