Monique, Check out Emory University. Their site is: http://www.emory.edu As for the spiro, not everyone does well on that b/c it's generic for Aldactone. You may need to switch to Aldactone to see if that helps you. I recently switched back to the brand: Aldactone and I'm doing much better. The staff at Emory might know of drs in Macon that you could go to. While it's true that some REs do know a lot about PCOS that is not the case for all. An Endocrinologist is another possibility. Also, there are regular OB/GYNs (yes, ones that deliver babies) that know a lot about PCOS. Feel free to e-mail me directly if you would ever like to talk about this or in general on a one on one basis. ===== Kristy :) http://www.geocities.com/sokokl/kristyspersonalpage.html For women who are interested in additional support http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Endo_Vulvodynia_PCOS/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Zoladexforendometriosis/ I am a Medical Secretary who does a lot of learning from reading on the Net, books, my dr(s), as well as sharing my own personal experiences.
