As for the spiro, not everyone does well on that b/c it's generic for Aldactone. You may need to switch to Aldactone to see if that helps you. I recently switched back to the brand: Aldactone and I'm doing much better.

The staff at Emory might know of drs in Macon that you could go to.

While it's true that some REs do know a lot about PCOS that is not the case for all. An Endocrinologist is another possibility. Also, there are regular OB/GYNs (yes, ones that deliver babies) that know a lot about PCOS.
