There IS an operation for this problem. Google on the word "panniculectomy" and you will find lots of info. It isn't paid for by insurance often, but if the doc says it is being done for non-cosmetic reasons, such as recurrent skin infections under the apron of fat in the body creases, or severe back pain, or for mobility reasons, the insurance sometimes pays for it.

I think about this problem sometimes when I contemplate losing all the weight I need to. I wonder if I am cuter, if not healthier, this way, than with the loose skin! (Only kidding!)
