Amie,

I had an ectopic pregnancy while ttc with clomid. The clomid made me have twins and they got stuck in the tube while trying to come down together. After that I've had two more normal pregnancies, both while using clomid. I didn't know about the metformin at that time, so I haven't tried ttc strictly with that. If you are ovulating with glucophage, I would ttc with that for a few months while charting your temperatures before trying clomid again--I really hated taking clomid because of the way it made me feel so depressed.
