Michael: I was losing hair but that was because of the PCOS. I didn't notice a big difference either way on Atkins, however, I started using a natural progesterone cream and by about two months I notices that I stopped losing my hair. In fact, I grew hair! My mom noticed the same thing (she's using it too). Seems those drs. on the cutting edge are now seeing that most women in perimenopause, menopause and PCOS have progesterone issues. I noticed that I wasn't as cranky or irritable, etc. and my PMS wasn't as bad. Check it out. WB
