progesterone cream does help induce a menstrual period...

In my experience, I have found the cream helps induce a menstrual period. Some of the containers have instructions for women with irregular periods. (2 weeks on 2 weeks off) Whether or not they help mood swings, hair , etc, I do not know, for I did not stay on it long enough to really notice these things (atleast not to my knowledge). So, if you are looking to induce a period...this works...and if you wanna be a guinea pig to see if it helps anything else..well that is up to you. I also like "Estroven" which has natural soy hormones. It helped me have a normal period, and I felt it helped my moods even out somewhat. But I am me, and if you want to know if it works..truly you would have to test it yourself :D Take care all!
