Hi, I to have PCOS. I've been taking glucophage to regulate my cycles but I see
that you on longer have a problem with your cycles. As per your first question,
I have learned that just because you have your period every month it dose not
mean that you are ovulating. Thats right, you can have your period every month
of the year and only ovulate five times out of the year or not ovulate at all.
You may want to try charting your BBT every morning for a couple of months, that
way you will know if your ovulating.

As for your husbands sperm count, there are things that he can do to better your chances at your fertile time. One thing you can do is limit sex to every other day or every two days. This will give he sperm a chance to build back up since your last sexual encounter.

Well, I hope that this info is of some help to you.

One more thing, don't give up hope, remember, I to have PCOS and I have had it for years, me and the husband tried for five years to conceive and after a year of glucophage and two cycles of clomid, we did it. My son is 21 months and I'm trying for #2.

Best of luck. Here's some baby dust*..**..**..***..***..****..****..*****!!!!!
