I am not happy about the Pre-Diabetes, but I suspected it, so it wasn't a real shocker... I am just happy to finally have a dr. that wants to help me and is on the right track as far as treatments go. She told me to take it with my evening meal. I remember some of you saying that you took it with milk before bed. Which works better? Does this vary from person to person? I am going to start it tomorrow.
