It hasn't been SO bad, though. But I've also been extremely HOT all the time and when I exercise now, I sweat like CRAZY and i never used to. And my muscles are totally tight all the time and yoga used to be really easy for me and now I'm not flexable at all. (But maybe that's because I walk a lot more on my treadmill to try to lose weight, after having gained so much from stupid PCOS...I'm not sure...)
