I can't really say about the Acne, cause I never broke out much til the past year. Now, it's a daily battle.. It did work for me with less side effects, and less weight gain. Though, you're better off with a mono-phasic pill than you are on a tri-phasic pill, with PCOS. Several have mentioned some newer ones that work well, maybe someone will post a reply soon.!!!
