I have been put on Dr Atkins for my PCOS but my first set of blood tests aren't until July 2nd. So I won't know how well it is doing for PCOS problems. I know I feel better now that the weight is melting off... I have been on it 5 weeks... These past few day have been bad..kinda veered off of the plan but today I am determined to get back into Ketosis so I can lose more weight. I only have 35 more pounds to go. It shouldn't take long to get them off. I lost 22 in the first 5 weeks.

Anyways, I hope this helps. Amy Bryant 212/190/155
