I understand what you are saying, yo-yo dieting and gaining another 20 pounds back with the yo-yo system for every weight loss attempts. I'm only 23 with so many health problems associating from PCOS and weight, it is sort of tiring popping so many pills day after day. Hopefully I can loose this weight and become healthier and pill free!!!!!!! Good luck to you.
