I think the most natural approach you can try is to do nothing about it. After all, you don't have to do anything. And the second most natural approach would be very strict weight control and exercise to normalize your insulin levels. But if you want to deal with the cosmetic issues the PCOS causes, or if you want to preserve your health for your future, or perhaps you need some help conceiving, you are probably going to want to come to terms with meds. I'm not aware of anything out there about the efficacy of accupuncture.
