Weight Loss surgery and PCOS

I'm scheduled for the gastric bypass surgery on June 25th. I've been diagnosed with PCOS for 20 years and KNOW this isn't going to really help that. I've been on diets, low or no carb, etc. and they only work for a short period. I've decided this is my best option. It's NOT that I want my insides "re-plumbed", but I feel if I don't I will continue gaining and die from my weight. I'm on Actos and AF is regular. I take cytomel for a sub-clinical thyroid. In general I feel pretty good for my weight. What I need is help for the hair loss...and I'm hoping that I can get off the anti-depressants after surgery. It's a tool...simply that.
