Hi, I had complete hysterectomy a year ago February, so a surgically induced menopause...taking hrt. My pcos symptoms have neither decreased or increased, you will have them regardless. I just don't have the irregular periods that were associated with my pcos, which really doesn't bother me in the least! Hope this helps.
