Hi. 45 day periods are not ovulatory cycles. I use to have a 45 day cycle to. Tried to get preg for 2 years. Had to go on clomid. If you are on clomid, you will have a 28 day cycle. Then you will test on day 12 until you ovulate, usually on day 12-15. Katherine
