SO glad that weight is not a prob for you. 50% of women with pcos dont have a weight problem. Unfortunately for me I'm in the other 50% bracket. After I had my son my IR really got bad. Strong hormonal changes such as pregnancy, or going off birth control can make things worse. I really don't understand why doctors are giving out BCPs to women that have PCOS without telling them this. Well.... actually I do know. Many doctors dont have a clear understanding about how PCOS works.

JUst like with all the other symptoms of PCOS, not everyone get every thing.
