Hi Anna, The "met moments" that you are having usually dont last past 2 months. Mine lasted 6 weeks. I dont know what you have been told by your doctor about what to eat so I'll try to give you some suggestions. NO Sugar!!! Ive been on met for almost a year and this one still gets me every now and again if I'm not careful. I also steer away from proccessed carbohydrates such as white breads rice and pastas. That doesnt mean I dont eat those foods , but when I do they are whole wheat, or brown rice. Oat meal is an excellent carb, but not the instant kind. Fruit juice can also cause problems. Another one is potatoes. What I generally do is try to eat whole foods, and have lowered and refined, but not eliminated my carb intake. You will be surprised at how much more energy you'll have once you adjust to the MEt especially if you make these dietary changes.

Good luck
