I got pregnant on my 2nd cycle. But, my doctor started me off on 50mg. He said if I did ovulate with ovulation kit tester, I would stay on it for up to a year and then I would have to take a 3 month break if I didn't get preg.. If I didn't ovulate then we would move up 50 more mgs each cycle that I didn't ovulate until I got up to 200mg strength. Then If I still didn't ovulate, we would go to injections. Some Drs just do things strange. Hope this Helps. Katherine Verret
