I totally understand. I hope you do better than me on met. I have a rough time with it. I know what you mean about the 3:00 cravings. Sometimes I wait to take my lunch at like 2:30 just because I am not hungry. Now today I ate breakfast and just now I am starting to think I might be hungry. But I am still a little nauseous. The Temp thing is the biggest issue for me though. I just can't seem to stick to it. I bought an ear therm but I heard you are not supposed to use those. I wonder why.

I haven't started Met yet, but my new Dr. says that is probably the route we're taking next. I haven't done temps at all yet. I am wondering if I have this much trouble eating non-medicated what is it going to be like when I start the Met??? I get weak and light headed now when I don't eat for a while, but yet I won't really feel hungry. What's up with that? My body used to follow some internal eating clock..lol I'd eat around 9 in the morning, then around 12:30, then around 6:00 or 6:30 in the evening. Now, it's like I don't get hungry at all til around 3:00 or so in the afternoon. I found out I have pre-diabetes, so I am making a concious effort to eat three meals a day, even if it's just a few bites of something. I drink a lot. Always have. I stay thirsty... I drink alot of water and have been allowing myself (1) diet coke per day. I used to be a big milk drinker, but now take it in spells. It seems no matter what I eat, I don't lose. I can maintain like mad. I get to a place where I don't gain or lose...just stay the same. I get so frustrated.
