That is how I am too, don't get hungry at breakfast time. I was in the habit of skipping breakfast and lunch most days. I would eat dinner at night and sometimes had no appetite then either. And I didn't over eat at dinner, I'd stick to my diet, with a piece of grilled meat and some steamed veggies. I still didn't lose. I am making myself eat something for breakfast and lunch now, especially breakfast. But it just feels "wrong" to eat when I don't feel hungry. I guess it's the guilt I feel about my weight that makes me feel "guilty" when I do eat. Heck if I know....
