Thanks Here is a link to info on skin tags. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000848.htm They are little growths off the surface of the skin, of different shapes and sizes sometimes. They are essentially harmless. Some people are bothered, annoyed, grossed out by them, some people aren't. I get the occasional one, and I swear, the seem to appear out of nowhere. And they can have the most gruesome shapes. They can be irritated by jewelry, bra straps, etc. The doc can snip them off if they bug you.
