Thank you Amy! I ordered the Atkins book from Barnes & Noble online last week. It just arrived today and I am going grocery shopping tonite. I am really excited to try this...nothing else (and I mean NOTHING) has worked for me. I keep a food journal and brought it to my doctor's appointment last week. She directed me to Atkins...so, I hope this works.

Thanks for the info...and GREAT job on your weight loss! Your success is so encouraging for me.
