What about my sisters and PCOS???

Ever since I was diagnosed last month with PCOS my sisters have been asking me all kinds of questions about my symptoms and the tests I had done to get diagnosed. I have 3 sisters and they all have a few symptoms of PCOS.

My oldest sister has been told she has cysts on her ovaries, she has a very thick uterine lining (not sure if that's a symptom), her periods are very heavy but come every month and she has a few symptoms of IR like extreme fatigue during the same time of day. She had her tubes tied 7 years ago after her 2nd child was born so she's not ttc.

The 2nd oldest has more symptoms like cycles that are 35 days apart, abdominal hair under the belly button, endometriosis, and extreme fatigue. She also just started getting break thru bleeding while on the pill. Oh, and she also has cysts on her overies.

My younger sister has irregular periods, sometimes she will get a period every 2 weeks for 6 weeks. She's skipped cycles and I think she has the abdominal hair that me and my older sister have. She was also a late bloomer, she didn't get her first AF until she was 16.

We all struggle with our weight although none of us would be considered obese, just 10 to 30 lbs over our ideal weight.

I'm the only one considering having more children and that's how I got diagnosed because I have always had problems getting pregnant. All three of my sisters got pg fairly easily.

Diabetes does not run in my family, in fact there are no relatives on either side that ever had it. So who knows where I get it from. Now my sisters have all kinds of questions and they all want to be tested. My question is should they be tested and who should they go to for testing? Also is it hard to be diagnosed if they are not ttc?

Thanks for any help,
